I am submitting this feature request on behalf of an active project we have with the Surrey Police Services. We have spoken to the LEI product management team about this requirement, and they advised it would need to be submitted as a feature request.
Our client would like to have grouping capabilities for fields selected as filter facets on the search page of VI. For example, the ability to group Person fields into categories such as Physical Descriptors, Identification, etc. would enable an analyst to be more efficient when using filter facets for search activities.
