Ability to Add Calculated Fields in Visual Investigator

In SAS AML, there is a control called "Calculated Value" that allows adding calculated fields to pages:

Is there a way to add a similar control to SAS Visual Investigator?

If not, what is the recommended best practice for implementing calculated fields in VI?
