I found some inconsistency in the SAS Certification Prep Guide. For the maximum number of underlying tables in an inner join, in some part, it is mentioned to be 32, in another part, it is 256. Which one is correct?

I think it depends upon which SAS version you have. I found the following in an article posted on the web: The maximum number of tables that can be joined at
one time is 32. (256 in SAS 9.1.3 SP4)
