request for simple sales forecast

Please help me to output the basic sales forecasting

i have 2008 apr-dec sales figures and i want to estimate figures for 2009.

month 2008sales 2009 sales

apr 560
may 680
june 415
july 395
aug 635
sept 198
oct 815
nov 438
dec 257

Please help me as simple method as possible
