But defaultly proc report outpuut is coming in output window

What version of SAS you are using ?

U can close LISTING destination to suppress these output of report .and Open LISTING for the following footnote.

ods listing close;

.....................

...............

ods listing;

data _null_;
file print;
put "******************************************************************************";

put "******************************************************************************";
