Hi....When I am editing the code whereby I copy a section and right click my mouse to paste the selected section, my mouse pointer changes to a solid black triangle pointing upward and a solid triangle pointing downward with a cirlce in between them and the screen to tends to move or scroll up and down. Is there a setting to prevent this...Thanks.

Cursor behaviors are generally operating system or driver options. Information needed to even come close to helping would be your operating system, Version of SAS, was this in Base SAS, EG or another SAS application, type and model of mouse and possibly the mouse driver.

The behavior sounds a bit like you may be pressing on the wheel of a scroll point mouse.
