I wonder if there is an option for proc report to hide repeating cell values.
E.g.
Country_Type_Car_Price
US_____X1___12__341,32
US_____X1___13__351,32
US_____X2___14__321,32
US_____X2___15__311,32
should be:
Country_Type_Car_Price
US_____X1___12__341,32
____________13__351,32
________X2__14__321,32
____________15__311,32

proc report data=...;
column a b;
define a / order 'A' ;
define b / 'B';
run;
In the above, a will appear only once in the group. You may need to to sort your data, and use an option:
define a / order order=internal 'A';
depending on the complexity of the order in your output.
