Hi there, I am doing an FCS imputation using 100 imputations. I was wondering if it is possible to omit each individual imputation result from showing the the result viewer.
*Sample data;
proc mi data= ats.hsb_mar nimpute=100 out=mi_fcs ;
class female prog;
fcs plots=trace(mean std);
var socst write read female math science prog;
fcs discrim(female prog /classeffects=include) nbiter =40 ;
run;
Thank you!
Sure. You can control all output (including the entries in the "treeview" Results window) by using the ODS system. If I understand your question, you want the results to APPEAR in the output, but NOT in the Result Viewer? To suppress the results viewer entries, use
ODS NORESULTS; /* turn off results viewer */
proc mi ...;
run;
ODS RESULTS; /* turn it back on */
If you actually want to suppress the output itself, you can use
ODS EXCLUDE ALL;
...
ODS EXCLUDE NONE;
For more about suppressing ODS results, see "Turn off ODS when running simulations in SAS." To learn more about ODS EXCLUDE, see "Five reasons to use ODS EXCLUDE to suppress SAS output."
Changed title and moved to procedures forum.
