What do you mean by export?
You can capture the P-Value and C-Statistics using ODS tables once you find the appropriate name.
ie check the log for the names that correspond and then capture them.
ods trace on;
proc logistic data=have;
...
run;
ods trace off;
Using the data from the documentation:
ods table globaltests=pvalue association=cstats;
title 'Stepwise Regression on Cancer Remission Data';
proc logistic data=Remission outest=betas covout;
model remiss(event='1')=cell smear infil li blast temp
/details
lackfit;
run;
When I wrote export I meant something like output out= c= Pval=
Then check the docs for those options, or it could be under proc logistic or the model statements.
I can't recall anything.
thanks , you first reply "ods trace on" is what i needed !
have a good day
