hi ... that's a SAS course book and the data sets for such courses are normally limited to those who take the course (and pay)

that's different than the SAS Press books and SAS documentation

example code and data for those books are available online ...

there are also a number of data sets at ...

http://support.sas.com/learn/statlibrary/statlib_eg4.1/top_data.htm

(though it appears to me that the LIST DATA SETS link on that page only works with Internet Explorer, not with either Chrome or Firefox)
