I have created a form viewer in the frame by linking the sasdataset component with already existing data set.
the existing data set has variables "name" and "age" with no values to it. i need to add new values to name and age.
the following commands:
button:
sasdataset1._addrow();
return;
doesn't seem to add the values instead it adds only a new row with no values.
or how do i simply create a dataset using sas/af when the values are added to the text entry in frame window?
for example:
data loop;
do samples=1 to 100;
'operation';
end;
run;
in this case how do i add the value 100 to the data step using sas/af text entry control?
