email with attachment !!

region and dups are two columns in a given data set.

If all the values in dups are 0's no need to send an email.

if one of them is not zero like for r2, need to send an email with the above dataset attachment.

What have you implemented so far? What is not working? Can you  be more specific and also provide the code with error log you've already could come up with?
