converting sas/access view to sas data set

Hi,
I am extracting data from oracle clinical to sas using sas/Access its giving sas/Access view. Now i am trying to convert sas/Access view data set to sas data set, but it's giving following error is:

ERROR: ORACLE connection error: ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error.
ERROR: SQL View VIEW.ADEV could not be processed because at least one
of the data sets, or views, referenced directly (or indirectly)
by it could not be located, or opened successfully.
