Hi
I was trying to get Least square means of a categorical variable wich has 3 categories and put the alpha value as 10% significance level. But after running the program I alwayes get results at 5% significance lavel. It's kind of strange. I changed the alpha values saveral times but still it is producing results at alpha level 5%. Does anyone know what is going on behind it?
Thanks
Ahmed

Did you set the alpha level in the PROC MIXED statement or in the LSMEANS statement? You can set it in both places.
