You can also find many questions on this forum about proc transpose, but those are often about transposition problems that cannot be handled directly by the procedure.

Did someone install your SAS without the online documentation / documentation links?

You should be able to get help on specific procedures by placing the cursor on the procedure name and pressing F1. Every SAS procedure has at least one example using either a data set supplied as code in the example description or using one of the supplied data sets.

The same is true about place cursor and F1 for most functions in data step.
