Youden index calculation

Hi all,

I find the previous discussion below very helpful.

It makes sense with one individual independent variable, but for the cutoff of X variable (adjusted for age, sex and BMI) calculated based on the intercept and slope of X only seems incomplete.

Please share your thoughts.
