Using Task Scheduler to Run SAS

Hello,

I have this program to run a sas program, but instead it just opens the program after complaining that dat file "sysin" not found

The program is below

start/w F:\SASHome\SASEnterpriseGuide\5.1\SEGuide.exe –sysin C:\Users\matovua_sas\programs\rundailystatus.sas

The -SYSIN option only applies to the SAS.EXE program not to SEGUIDE.EXE.

Thank you, Now without it it opens the program only, what can i do

To use SAS Enterprise Guide to run a batch SAS job, you have to use the automation API.  It's simple, but it will require a few lines of VBScript or PowerShell code.
