Unable to connect to oracle library

HI all,

plz help me out in connecting o oracle library,i have create library from SMC ,

Its throwing me the following error....

ERROR: The SAS/ACCESS Interface to ORACLE cannot be loaded. ERROR: Image SASORA found but not loadable.
ERROR: Error in the LIBNAME statement.

I have gone through sas support threads,

LIBPATH=/ORACLEHOME_lib,in which file should i change the path..

pleas e help me..
