Turning Off SSL Certification Verification in SAS9.4

Is it possible to ignore or turn off SSL certificate verification for a PROC HTTP call in SAS9.4?

 

In Python there is a "verify=False" option when using requests.get(). I am looking for similar functionality in SAS.
