Hello,
I am trying to run some pairwise analysis in SAS, using Tukey, Scheffe's Method and Bonferroni but the tables are not showing in the SAS output window.
I have this error in the log:
WARNING: ODS graphics with more than 5000 points have been suppressed. Use the PLOTS(MAXPOINTS= )
option in the PROC GLM statement to change or override the cutoff.
ERROR: Cannot write image to BoxPlot68.png. Please ensure that proper disk permissions are set.
ERROR: Cannot write image to BoxPlot68.png. Please ensure that proper disk permissions are set.
NOTE: The SAS System stopped processing this step because of errors.
Is there any problem with the data or; is it an installation process? Interestingly using a lsmeans results produces a Least Square Mean table,
but I understand LSMeans can only be used for finding means in a ANCOVA method. Right?
Thanks.
I am not exactly sure what you are trying to do here, but I got those error codes when I did not specify a goptions with sas graph command, for eg: goptions device=png;
