Title in proc GLM

How do You get a custom title for output from proc GLM?

Opposite to proc ANOVA there is no possibility to include a title statement.

Write your title outside directly before the PROC GLM 

Like: 

title '1. GLM, CONSTANT' ;
proc glm data=
...
run;

title '2. GLM, CONSTANT' ;
proc glm data=
...
run;

Is there a possibility to change the column width of the automatic subtitles which are included in the proc?

For example I have a title "Dependent Variable: VARNAME VARLABEL" and that title has sometimes a column width of 5 cm or 6.5 cm in my ODS output, see attachment.

I need that the title has only one line and not two to minimize my output rtf pages.
