Hi, I am returning to SAS after a 10 year break and am trying to run a program through SAS studio (for University) that includes systask commands: see below.

66 systask

66 ! command "mkdir &RootPath\DiagnosticFiles";

ERROR: Insufficient authorization to access SYSTASK COMMAND.

Can anyone advise me on how I can authorize my machine, or alternatively another command that will do the same thing?

Kind regards

I don't believe SAS University offers those options Smiley Sad

You need option XCMD set (config file or SAS Metadata). Not sure where this is done in the University Edition though.
