Hi all,

I'm using PROC SURVEYLOGISTIC and need to apply bootstrap weights via the REPWEIGHT command.

The bootstrap weights and the analysis variables are not in the same file. I was advised that SAS does not require that the bootstrap weights be in the same data file as the analysis variables. Does anyone know how to specify a different file for bootstrap weights? I cant seem to find this information in the SAS manual.

Thanks!

Is merging the data files the only way to handle this problem??
