SPLIT= is not working in PROC REPORT under SAS 9.3 (32) (Unicode) i.e "C:\Program Files\SASHome\x86\SASFoundation\9.3\sas.exe" -CONFIG "C:\Program Files\SASHome\x86\SASFoundation\9.3\nls\u8\sasv9.cfg"

Post your code and output, preferably referencing a SASHELP data set so it can be replicated. You should also reference your Maintenance i.e. SAS 9.3TS1M2 is your current version?
