SAS view resource

Hello everyone,

Could anyone tell me how to check a SAS view's resource? that is what sas dateset or any other metadata a SAS view depend on ?

** data step view;

data view=lib.yourview;

describe;

run;

** sql view;

proc sql;

describe view lib.yourview;

quit;

[ballardw]

proc sql;

     describe view <view name>;

quit;

Will work if the view was created using PROC SQL.
