Hi,
I use SAS 9.1, and I would like to move my sas log in an external file in.
I use this code:
filename mylog 'c:\.......\log.txt';
proc printto log = mylog new; run;
Obviously it works,
but If want to see the update of the file txt, I have always to close the file txt and re-open the file txt...and it's not comfortable...
is there one way to see the update of the file log without close the file log and re-open?
p.s. I use the program notepad of windows in order to see the file log.
Using Notepad++ open that Log file .
Try an altlog instead:
Using Notepad++ open that Log file .
Thank you Ksharp,
I resolved with notepad, and I set It with automatic refresh.
Now it works!!
