Hello Everyone,

There is a problem troubles me for long time ,

when I use SAS base doing reading and creating tables,if the SAS section has opened and closed a lot of tables ,a SAS messae log will show up and I have to stop the SAS section and restart

the SAS and run the program again to get the dataset needed for the rest steps.

I attached the picture of the SAS Message log below,I think maybe I had opened too much datasets and the memory of the computer need to be release otherwise there isn't enough memory space for the SAS to do the rest job.

Please give me some advice.

Thanks!

Number of tables opened and closed isn't usually a problem. What code immediately preceded this message. I am guessing your doing something with graphics. If you are trying ot open and edit the same graphic file I could imagine getting something like this.

I didn't run any special code nor draw any graphics.

I just run normal data steps or right click some big tables(some are millons of  rows ) and check their properties(maybe the problem come from this?)

Thanks!
