SAS BASE Installation Error

HI All,

Im trying to Install Base SAS on windows XP and im getting the following errors.

PROCFILES: ProcessSelectedOptions: COmponentMOveData
File:C:\ProgramFiles\SAS\SAS9.1\reporter\winhelp\demo\autorun.inf
The following error occured: -2147024891
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Pls let me know how to resolve the above error...
