In a database table, lets call it test11 I have the following:
expiration_dt
term
Sample record
expiration_dt term (expressed in months)
12/31/2019 12
12/31/2020 6
I need to take the expiration_dt divide it by the term and get the date in the past as a result
As an example 12/31/2019 becomes 12/31/2018
initial_date = intnx("MONTH", expiration_dt, -term, "SAME");
