There are many different definitions, here are a few obtained by using Google:
SOP: http://www.hawaii.edu/ehso/bio/theSOP.htm
here's an example of an SOP: http://www.research.utah.edu/irb/guidelines/pdf/sop/IRB_SOP_502_approved_Nov07.pdf
SAP: http://studysas.blogspot.com/2008/08/contents-of-statistical-analysis-plan.html
Protocol--based on your other questions, I assume you mean a clinical trial protocol, as opposed to an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) or HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol):
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clinical_trial_protocol

You may want to post your question in the Clinical Trial forum, which is more likely to be read by folks who work for Pharmaceutical companies or who are conducting research studies:

hi reena,
i am giving you an general idea about it.
SOP=describe the process to assure that standard coding activities, which produce TLG's are conducted in accordance with industry standards are appropriately documented.

SAP=it contained detailed information about what statistical methods to be used to produce T L G's.

Protocol=it is the detailed document that has every detail about trial like method used,
references, statistical method to be use(summary),study design..
i hope it will help you.
