Random binomial

I have a simple question.
I am trying to generate a list of 100 genders (M, F) that is approx 40% female.
I've tried to use Ranbin(0,1, 0.4, gender) but it's not working for me. I'm a VERY new
user and am sure I'm doing something wrong. Please help! Thanks.

When you use that format, it is

CALL RANBIN(0,1,0.4,gender);

RANBIN is both a function and a call routine. The function has 3 parameters and the CALL routine has four.
