I am using proc template to produce line plot and showing Y axis values on Log scale.

two issues i have.

1. Can I add manual Values to log scale? Scale starting from 0. I want -1 and -2 on it and want to put different label for it.

2. I want to change grouped data (usually Treatment but in my case it is Patient IDs). I want to put for few subject one color and for few subjects other color. I have flag which divides subjects into 2 groups. hence I want only 2 colors.

Please help.

attached the code in the PDF file.

1) Please post code in a code box opened using the forum's {I} or "running man" icons. It is much easier to post that way than to create a separate document and add attach. Just copy from the SAS editor, click on the icon and paste.

2) You do not show the complete proc template code

3) Better is to provide a small example data set as data step code, the entire template code and the Sgender code using the template and the example data.

By "add manual values" do you mean tick marks on the axis?

If you want to have selected values appear as group then look at the options LINECOLORGROUP and LINEPATTERNGROUP for the Seriesplot statement. That allows a separate variable such as your "flag" to set colors or patterns for lines independent of the Group= variable.
