Proc genmod

Hi everyone,
using proc genmod for repeated measurements I got a GEE with estimates, confidence intervals and p-values.
Could someone tell me how I have to interpret e.g. the following results: estimate: - 0.07, CI: -0.14; -0-01; p:0.02
