Can any one please convert the this transport file into notepad .

/* DOWNLOADING AND SETTING UP THE SAMPLES  1. In a web browser, go to http://support.sas.com/documentation/onlinedoc/base/#base93.  2. In the SAS Procedure Guides section, scroll to the SAS 9.3 SQL Procedure User's Guide.  3. Right click the ZIP file, select Save target as, and save the file to a local directory.  4. Unzip the file in the local directory. The transport file name is SQLDatasetV9. 

I want this SQLDatasetV9 file sample dataset into txt file . I am able to convert this SQLDatasetV9 file into txt format in SAS Logon Manager .
