Proc SQL Support for Custom Functions

Is it possible for PROC SQL to support custom functions. For example, prior to executing my select query it is necessary to invoke the following custom function
fms.fms_multiorg.set_org_id( 707 ). Any quittance would be greatly appreciated.

Have you looked at using PROC FCMP to build/store a function, and then use it in your SQL step?
