Hi All

I have a table with fields. I want to get a summary on all fields dynamically. Any suggestions.

Kind Regards

Lance

Hi:
I'm not sure what you mean by "fields" -- numeric variables, character variables? What do you mean by summary? You want the N (Count), you want the sum of all numeric variables, you want the min, mean, max of all numeric variables? You say that you want to get a summary "on all fields dynamically" -- by this statement, I would assume that all your "fields" are numeric values and perhaps that you don't want to list them out in a COLUMN statement?

What code have you tried? What does your data set look like ...does it look more like SASHELP.CLASS or SASHELP.SHOES?

Can you clarify?

Cynthia
