Hi,

I was trying to use proc olapoperate to disable a cube in production in order to rename to some other name. The procedure runs without error but when it comes to rename procedure, it complains error. But if I use disable function in Olap Studio and run the same rename procedure, it will run smoothly. Is there something wrong with my proc olapoperate procedure?

proc olapoperate;
Connect HOST = "server" PORT = 5451 userid="user" pw="pw";
disable cube "/Shared Data/SASMain - OLAP Schema/Cubename";
run;

Thanks,

It would be helpful if you could share your LOG.

Thx for replying Linus, the log isn't particularly helpful in this case, I reckon. There are no errors whatsoever. But the cube is obviously not disabled successfully since I can still view the web report based on this cube. Please see the logs below.

NOTE: The CONNECT command completed.

NOTE: The DISABLE CUBE command completed.

NOTE: PROCEDURE OLAPOPERATE used (Total process time):
real time 0.26 seconds
cpu time 0.03 seconds
