Proc MCMC

Hi I am new using Proc MCMC. I am trying to determine a medical condition in the next 5 years. Can Proc MCMC be used to estimate in the future if I have a model ?

Is there any literature available in regards to this topic?

Of course. It's called the documentation (Maxim 1), it can be found by google searches (Maxim 6 - "sas proc mcmc")
