Proc GLOBERR, what is it? in Connect tool set?

Hello, i'm getting a Error message nowadays that says thet Proc GLOBERR is currently executing. and locks up my PC sas session.
I searched SAS doc and SAS help and came up empty for GLOBERR.
Any ideas, some undocumented Proc?

Do you rsubmit to zOS?
it might then be the name of some executable program as these can be invoked as if they were SAS procedures on that platform.

yes, i'm using SAS Connect to Unix box and rsub code to SAS running on that box.
Sometime my PC SAS just goes into LaLa land and if i try to click on something it tells me that the Proc GLOBERR is running. Can't seem to find any Documentation on it.
