Construct a power curve for a two-sided t-test with α= 0.01, σ= 8, and n= 10 (total 20 observations) by calculating the power when δ= 0,2,4,6,8,10,12,14 and 16.

Use PROC POWER and the TWOSAMPLEMEANS statement. The TWOSAMPLEMEANS statement has example syntax, For a complete example and discussion, see the Getting Started examples for PROC POWER and modify the example for the one-sided t-test.
