Plotting/Graphing frequencies from 2x2 tables?

I am a newbie and want to quickly know a simple way of plotting the results of frequencies obtained from a 2x2 table. How can I use the column information as one of the variables Y? My X is a defined variable in my data. Thanks much for any help.
