PROC SQL CAST

Hi,

I have this kind of proc sql

PROC SQL;
CREATE TABLE B1 AS
SELECT A AS TYPE,
B AS AMOUNT
FROM WORK.A1;
QUIT;
RUN;

I would like to cast B in integer. For now it's a varchar. And I would like to do it inside this proc sql if possible. Is it possible?
