PROC REPORT ODS EXCEL HELP

I am very new to the PROC REPORT and ODS capabilities.  I am trying to create a report in EXCEL from PROC REPORT.  I want the report to have all borders around the column headers, all borders around the table, and vertical borders between columns...no horizontal borders between columns in the table

Can someone please help.

Afaik you will have to replace style/template, so have a look at http://www2.sas.com/proceedings/sugi30/132-30.pdf.
