Hi,

Now before a moderator assumes this is a dupilcate question, I can explain.

For weeks I have been able to use PROC IMPORT (and PROC SQL) to handle EXCEL files, be it, XLS, XLSM, XLSX, etc. But this morning it is now throwing a ERROR every single time I run the code. This is the same code I ran last week, nothing has changed (nothing I can see and I have not changed anything).

Looking at PROC SETINIT

---SAS/ACCESS Interface to PC Files 14MAY2018

I can see the seems the SAS/ACCESS Interface to PC Files has expired, but it had expired last week (currently in July 2018). It does look like I have just gone into 2 months expiration, so is this the cut off?

Thanks

Craig

I think you are on the right track yourself.

The grace period specified in PROC SETINIT will tell how long you have after 14May2018.
