Hi,

 

I would be grateful if anyone could tell me if is there any procedure in SAS base which allows do monotonic binning for numeric variables for dataset with target variable I work for . Something  like interactive binning in SAS enterprise miner. I working on two SAS version  one 9.04 and 9.4.

I have no idea what you mean by "monotonic binning"?  You can do binning in Base SAS a fair few ways, one of the simplest being proc rank:
