Hello,

Im a neonatology fellow in dallas, for my study i had patients fill out a dietary screener questionnaire and need assistance with how to create a hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA) to form 2 groups ("healthy" and non "healthy") more or less based off their responses. I have their responses on an excel sheet and the NHANES site has excel sheets on how to convert the responses to data, I was wondering how to be convert the responses i have to numerical values that i can then input into SAS to create a HCA. Any help would be greatly appreciate, thank you.
