Hi guys,
I made an experiment where i measured yoghurt firmness (FIRM). I had measured 2 different yoghurts (TYPE) 6 times each, every month (SAMPLING) (5 months) for 2 years (YEAR).
Know i would like to know if there is any statistical difference between months. I would like to discribe that with a model, but i don't know where to start, can you guys help me somehow?
Thank you in advance.
So you have 60 observations (6 x 5 x 2) each for two different yogurts and you want to know what? If they distribution of the observed values is different? If the mean firmness across time is different? If there are sharp changes between first year months and second year months?
"statistical difference between months" covers a lots of ground....
I would like to know if (and how) the firmness changes between months and if those differences are statistically different.
