I am using a libname statement to read datasets into SAS from a folder in my C drive
Now I am creating some more datasets using the above as inputs and want to store in another folder maybe
IS THAT POSSIBLE??

You can pretty much have as many librefs defined as you need.
Sounds like you want something like this:
libname in "c:\path1" access=readonly ;
libname out "c:\path2";
data out.new ;
set in.old;
run;
yes
