Justify in ODS PDF TEXT

Dear all,

I'm trying to justify text in a ODS PDF TEXT line (exemple presented below) but just= option do not allow justify.

My desired output file  is . PDF

ODS PDF text="^S={font_face=arial font_size=12pt }xxxxxxxxx";

RAW do not work for PDF and no change in word possible

I'm using SAS EG 8.1 and SAS 9.4.

Any idea?
