Recently SAS MBL is introduced in my team and I am very interested to know few details from you.
Could you please help me by answering below queries.
Assume Security folder created and MBL's created on Unix physical paths with Encryption is Yes.
1. What happen if we copy SAS dataset from MBL folder to Non-MBL folder?
2. What happen if you use X command or Environment commands(like cp & mv) to copy dataset in Step1.
3. What happends if we use proc copy, Data Step for copy.?
4. If we can copy SAS dataset in Step1, what happens to the data encryption?
5. How MBL exactly useful in SAS projects? How SAS MBL is helpful twhen somebidy tries to read PII data?
Also what happens if Non-MBL to MBL copy of SAS dataset.
